BULLDOZER FRONT GUIDE WHEEL

* Bulldozer guide wheel refers to the wheel installed at the front or rear of the bulldozer to guide and support the bulldozer. Bulldozer guide wheels usually consist of one or more wheels with adjustable height and angle to adapt to different working conditions.

* It is installed at the front or rear of the bulldozer chassis and used in conjunction with the bulldozer blade or subsequent equipment to help the bulldozer move and turn at the construction site.

* The bulldozer front guide wheel consists of several parts such as rim, tire, axle, bearing, etc. The rim is the external structure of the guide wheel.

* Usually made of metal, it has certain wear resistance and strength. The tire is a rubber product wrapped on the rim, which has good elasticity and adhesion, and can reduce the friction and vibration between the track and the ground.

THE FUNCTION OF THE FRONT GUIDE WHEEL OF THE BULLDOZER

The function of an idler is to guide the track links into running smoothly and to prevent dislocation. 

Idlers also carry some weight and therefore increase their track links decreasing ground pressure. 

There is also an arm in the center which supports the track link and guides the two sides. The smaller the distance between the idler and the track roller, the better the orientation.

Q1. How do you ensure the parts you send are high quality?
Once we receive the raw material we will do the chemical composition testing and in production, our QC will do the random inspection of every lot of the dimensions, appearance, mechanical properties hardness, impact value, etc. To make sure every part is qualified.

Q2. What is the payment term?
Usually 50% deposit and the balance before the shipment or against the BL copy. TT, lc is welcome.

Q3. If we want to do our logo, is that acceptable?
Yes, OEM & ODM are welcome.

Q4. What's the lead time?
For the normal order, it usually takes 15-30 days after receiving the deposit as agreed.
